As part of the Haryana Budget 2026-27, a massive 250-acre integrated wedding hub is planned near the high-growth corridor of Global City Gurgaon. This “Sagaai to Vidaai” initiative aims to provide a world-class, one-stop ecosystem for high-ticket destination weddings, keeping Indian celebrations within the country.

The most anticipated site is located strategically along the 8-lane Dwarka Expressway Gurgaon, offering elite connectivity to the IGI Airport and the upcoming Global City (Sectors 36 and 37). By positioning the Wedding City near the Dwarka Expressway, the government is targeting the ultra-luxury market and NRI clients who demand premium infrastructure and seamless travel. This location is expected to become the new “Central Business District” for North India’s multi-crore wedding industry, featuring 5-star hotels and designer boutiques.
