Prestige Estates Projects Ltd, a major real estate developer based in Bengaluru, has announced a plan to build a large residential project in Gurugram’s Sector 92. The company has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) with a local landowner to develop about 17.2 acres of land for housing.
The proposed development is expected to generate around ₹4,200 crore in revenue when fully built and sold. The project will include a mix of homes designed for modern living and is positioned to take advantage of Gurugram’s growing residential demand and improving infrastructure.
Prestige Group’s leadership says this move is part of their strategy to expand in key urban markets like the National Capital Region (NCR), where housing demand remains strong and long‑term growth prospects are favourable. Experts note that Gurugram continues to attract buyers and investors because of its connectivity and proximity to Delhi.
This project adds a large new residential development to Gurugram’s expanding housing supply and reflects Prestige’s ongoing focus on quality and large‑scale planning across major cities.
